I have to admit we have wholeheartedly jumped on board the Marsala boat. We love this deep, rich red and autumn is the perfect time of year to incorporate it into your event color palette. That's not to say that it doesn't work all year long, though!
I've gathered a little bit of Marsala eye candy to show how wonderful and versatile this color can be. Take a look!
From Christen and Rajeeve's wedding at Trinity Cathedral and The Omni William Penn Hotel- Marsala was incorporated in the hanging amaranthus, dahlias and scabiosa with greenery, white, and a few pieces of perfectly placed fruit to create these luxe, textural designs. This wedding was beautifully captured by Elizabeth Craig Photography.
Also photographed by Elizabeth Craig Photography, was Stephanie and Dante's wedding at The Mansions on Fifth. Stephanie allowed us to create a real life Dutch Still Life painting with our designs with a lovely autumn color palette that featured Marsala. The Marsala really popped against the cream and white of her bridal bouquet. It also works really well in a colorful, autumn palette (not just with creams and blush) as it contrasts the brighter colors and helps add sophistication.
This is a styled wedding shoot that we were thrilled to be a part of with Angel's Vision Photography at Buhl Mansion Guesthouse and Spa. This romantic shoot features one of our new favorite color palettes: cream, blush and marsala! This was such a fun shoot to be involved in and Buhl Mansion was the perfect location.
We are ready for an amazing 2016 wedding season, and can't wait to see how The Color of the Year 2016: Serenity and Rose Quartz play out in upcoming wedding color palettes!
Buhl Mansion was the perfect location.
